1. Conditions for acceptance in the exchange and return policy

We accept exchange or return requests only in the following cases:

  • Receiving a product that is different from the one ordered in type, color, or model.
  • There is a defect or manufacturing fault in the product.

Note: Returns or exchanges due to change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product are not accepted, especially for electronic products that have been opened or used.

2. Application acceptance period

  • A return or exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • After this period, the product is considered acceptable for return only in the event of a manufacturing defect and according to the warranty period.

3. Conditions for returned products

  • The product must be in its original condition and unused.
  • Return the product with all accessories, original packaging and invoice.
  • Do not remove any protective stickers or factory seals.

4. Application steps

  2. Send the order number and clear photos (or video) showing the reason for the return or exchange.
  3. After review, a response will be given within 1-2 business days to accept or reject the request.

5. Shipping fees

  • If the error is on our part or the product is damaged, we bear all shipping costs.
  • If the replacement is requested by the customer for a personal reason (with our approval), the customer will bear the full shipping costs.

6. Refunds

  • The refund will be made to the same original payment method within 3-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the product.
  • The time it takes for the amount to arrive may vary depending on the bank or payment method used.
