Al Sheikh Stores Warranty Policy 📄

Local New Product Warranty: 30 Days Against manufacturing defects,
provided a technical report from the authorized agent is presented in case of a defect,
with a one-year warranty through the agents.

In case of a problem with a new device/accessory:
International warranty, subject to inspection for 72 hours.

—

New products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days,
provided the product is still sealed and in its original packaging condition.

—

Warranty for any new or used product does not cover:
1_ Misuse or change of customer’s mind regarding the (type/price/appearance) of the product.
2_ Battery percentage or face recognition for used iPhone.

—

In case of a change of mind by client regarding a used product,
it can be returned with a 15% deduction from its value as per the invoice.

—

In case of a manufacturing defect or customs/tax fees
for Local Warranty new devices, the warranty or responsibility is through the Local Agent.

—

If a phone is purchased without not exempt from customs,
the customer is responsible for paying the tax,
and Al Sheikh Stores is not involved in this matter.

Al Sheikh Stores is not responsible for any phone being blocked/suspended
by the NTRA due to use in advertising or promotion.
