- New & Unopened Products: The request may be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the product remains unused, unopened, and factory-sealed.
- Manufacturing Defects: Requests related to manufacturing defects are handled according to the applicable warranty terms.
3. Returned Product Conditions
For returns or exchanges, the product must:
- Be in its original condition and unused.
- Include the original packaging and accessories.
- Include the purchase invoice.
- Have all factory seals and protective stickers intact, where applicable.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Provide your order number.
- Send clear photos or a video showing the issue, if applicable.
- Our team will review the request and respond within 1–2 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the error is on our side, Al Sheikh Stores will cover all applicable shipping costs related to the return or exchange.
- If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer will be responsible for the applicable shipping costs.
- For returns or exchanges approved for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the applicable shipping costs.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
