Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return & Exchange Conditions

We accept return or exchange requests in the following cases:

• Incorrect Product: If you receive a product different from the one ordered in terms of type, color, or model.
• External Damage: If the product has visible external damage or defects upon delivery.
• Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a manufacturing defect, subject to inspection and verification.
• New & Unopened Products: New products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order, provided they are unused, unopened, factory-sealed, and in their original condition.

Note: The 48-hour period for incorrect products or visible external damage is separate from the 14-day return or exchange period for new and unopened products.

2. Return & Exchange Period

• Incorrect Product or External Damage: The request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• New & Unopened Products: The request may be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the product remains unused, unopened, and factory-sealed.
• Manufacturing Defects: Requests related to manufacturing defects are handled according to the applicable warranty terms.

3. Returned Product Conditions

For returns or exchanges, the product must:

• Be in its original condition and unused.
• Include the original packaging and accessories.
• Include the purchase invoice.
• Have all factory seals and protective stickers intact, where applicable.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Contact our Customer Service team via WhatsApp or email.
2. Provide your order number.
3. Send clear photos or a video showing the issue, if applicable.
4. Our team will review the request and respond within 1–2 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

• If the error is on our side, Al Sheikh Stores will cover all applicable shipping costs related to the return or exchange.
• If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer will be responsible for the applicable shipping costs.
• For returns or exchanges approved for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the applicable shipping costs.

6. Refunds

• Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
• The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

This policy does not affect any rights granted to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.
