1. Conditions for acceptance in the exchange and return policy
We accept exchange or return requests only in the following cases:
- Receiving a product that is different from the one ordered in type, color, or model.
- There is a defect or manufacturing fault in the product.
Note: Returns or exchanges due to change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product are not accepted, especially for electronic products that have been opened or used.
2. Application acceptance period
- A return or exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- After this period, the product is considered acceptable for return only in the event of a manufacturing defect and according to the warranty period.
3. Conditions for returned products
- The product must be in its original condition and unused.
- Return the product with all accessories, original packaging and invoice.
- Do not remove any protective stickers or factory seals.
4. Application steps
- Contact customer service via WhatsApp or dedicated email.
- Send the order number and clear photos (or video) showing the reason for the return or exchange.
- After review, a response will be given within 1-2 business days to accept or reject the request.
5. Shipping fees
- If the error is on our part or the product is damaged, we bear all shipping costs.
- If the replacement is requested by the customer for a personal reason (with our approval), the customer will bear the full shipping costs.
6. Refunds
- The refund will be made to the same original payment method within 3-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the product.
- The time it takes for the amount to arrive may vary depending on the bank or payment method used.
